     Now more than ever, we need to create and respect boundaries of our own making. We need to recognize and revel in the abundance of our own internal resources. We need to remember that we have all that we need within us need to find expansion and abundance during this time of external contraction.

    2 day at-home yoga retreat will give you a structure to create time and space for daily self-care, self-discovery and moments of discovering boundless joy.

    Suddenly our homes are our workplaces and we recognize the difficulty in making the distinction between work time-and-space and non-work time-and-space.

    It has made our own personal yoga practices and other self-care rituals even more important—to structure and differentiate the days that seem to blend into each other, to create a sense of balance in our lives, and to remember to access our wealth of inner resources.
