An energizing and meditative form of massage therapy, rooted in rhythmic acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga-style stretching. This 6 day course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to give a 90 minute Thai Yoga Bodywork session. You will learn about the history of this healing art form, the energy lines that were studied by monks and communicated through ancient drawings, and the various techniques and assisted stretches that also make this a unique healing art form.
