Synergy Flow is a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training that blends aspects of the Ghosh Lineage practice with vinyasa concepts inspired by Dharma Mittra. You will learn a foundational pranayama practice, sun salutations, standing sequences, balancing postures, backbends and inversions. Emphasis is placed on alignment principles, fluidity of movement, conscious breathing and enjoying the process.
This program looks to inspire the creative physical connection of mind & body. This training prepares participants to lead vinyasa classes with confidence and awareness.
This is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered program. We also host 50 and 100 hour continuing education modules. As the vinyasa culture grows, we wish to provide the slow, connected, rhythmic flow that the Ghosh Lineage and Dharma Mittra have as consistent defining elements of practice.

This certification is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered program. Trainees will receive insight into the fluid flow of the body, yoga history, yoga philosophy, applied anatomy & alignment.
