Synergy Movement was designed by program director, Jonal Lartigue and co-director Francisco Morales-Bermudez, to help people learn more about their bodies through exploration of different movement patterns. Taking principals from martial arts, yoga, gymnastics, dance and many other disciplines, our system was designed to build strength, endurance, and increase mobility in a smart healing manner. This is a practice of conscious movement and rhythmic breathing that fine tunes the body and encourages the ability to express a healthy and vital body in motion.
Certification
This Synergy Movement Certification provides you with the tools necessary to teach a 1 hour Synergy Movement class in your community. It is a 30 hour course over the span of 3 days.

Day 1
8:00am – 9:00am – Warm-up and movement exploration
9am – 9:30am Break
9:30am – 11am – Synergy Movement Sequence – Review the sequences we will learn to teach
11am – 12pm – Lunch
12pm – 1:30pm Synergy Movement principles and theory discussion
1:30pm – 2:00pm Break
2:00pm – 3:00pm – Synergy Movement sequence – Review sequence
4:00pm – 5:00pm – Synergy Movement teaching – Break into teams to practice teach
