Synergy Meditation: An Introduction
Regardless of prior experience with meditation, you have come to the right place to begin or further your practice. Meditation will change your life for the better, whether your life is out of control and you clamor for peace or stability, or you are mildly interested in beginning a practice. These simple, authentic techniques that will not only bring clarity and calm, but inspire you to lead a more meditative lifestyle. Developing a daily practice that eases the mind and grounds the emotions will benefit you greatly. A few of us may want to explore our inner world, energetic abilities and/or develop a more spiritually potent practice. Others, might want to delve into deeper healing. Meditation does all of this -It calms, it energizes and it heals.
MEDITATION PROGRAMS
“Inner Technology” Program
The 4 basic pillars of this program will guide you to greater calm, greater energy, greater consciousness and greater health. These pillars create a collective wisdom and common bond among all who participate in the program.
Both 6 week and 12 week programs return to the 4 essential questions that support your greatness:
6 week program
The objective of this program is to provide practitioners with all of the available tools and techniques to establish a regular practice that enhances their life. Students will learn meditation methods for healing, managing emotions and de-stressing. There will be an option of taking two classes per week for 3 weeks or 1 class per week for 6 weeks.
12 week program
The objective of this program is to provide practitioners with an advanced proficiency in meditation that will enhance their lives and allow them to establish a regular effective practice. Students will learn methods of healing, de-stressing, managing emotions, energizing and expanding consciousness. Each week, we will delve into particular styles and themes that address nearly all aspects of life. Students will understand and be able to describe terms like consciousness, astral plane, energy field and awareness while gaining a great familiarity with sacred anatomy and metaphysics. There will be an option of taking two classes per week for 6 weeks or 1 class per week for 12 weeks.

TEACHER TRAINING (60 hours)
The 12 week program will be a prerequisite for this course
This course will certify individuals to teach by the authority of Synergy Yoga and provide practitioners with advanced tools and techniques to practice and teach meditation. It will focus on universal methods from the 4 corners of the globe (Mindfulness, Vippasana, Shataut Neter, Native American). By utilizing knowledge and concepts from a core of various traditions, we can choose techniques that best fit our needs during these challenging times. Whether students choose one tradition and further their study within it or prefer to take a universal approach, they will be capable of leading a meditation using diverse methods. Above all, they will have a dynamic and life-changing learning experience.
