Synergy Movement

Synergy movement is a practice that is designed to help people learn about their bodies through breathing and movement patterns. Taking principals from martial arts, yoga, and dance, patterns are designed to build strength, endurance, and increase mobility in a smart healing manner. This is a one hour practice of conscious movement and rhythmic breathing that fine tunes the body and encourages the ability to express a healthy and vital body in motion.

This program is led by Synergy Movement Program Director Jonal Lartigue.
